Terms of Service
The Agreement
By engaging Haus of DADA for any service - whether through our contact form, a signed proposal, a verbal agreement, or payment - you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all projects, retainer agreements, and consultations.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.

- Motion graphics and animation
- Digital marketing strategy and execution
The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins.
Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 business days of issue. Late payments may incur a hold on active work.
All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (VAT) will be added to invoices as required by law.
Revisions & Scope
Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal:
- Starter: 2 revision rounds
- Growth: 4 revision rounds
- Enterprise: Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope
Revisions beyond the included rounds, or requests that materially change the agreed scope, will be quoted and billed separately at our standard hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Haus of DADA transfers all commercial usage rights for the final, delivered files to the client. We retain the right to:
- Display the work in our portfolio and on social media as case study material
- Retain all working files, source documents, and intermediate concepts
If you require full IP transfer (including source files and exclusivity), this must be agreed upon in writing before the project begins and may incur an additional fee.
Limitation of Liability
Haus of DADA's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of our deliverables.
